As  first time dog owners with a new border collie pup, we were desperate for help and guidance. Gail was so generous with her time and support and it was obvious from our first phone call that she was passionate about supporting people and their pets. 
Gail taught our whole family how to connect with,  communicate with and train our dog Rusty in a caring way. It was great that she was able to come to our house to do the training as it was so convenient and she could show us exactly what to do in our own environment, which made training Rusty very fast and efficient. 
After every session with Gail we saw a huge improvement in Rusty's behaviour and we continue to use the tools she gave us. 
With Gail's assistance and guidance we have been able to create a bond and great relationship with our new family member.
